Each swimmer for The Crossing is timed to give them the opportunity to track their abilities. We have had the privilege of having some amazing athletes participate in The Crossing, thank you to all who have supported our event. Here are the results from recorded events:
August 10th, 2013 Swimming Timed Results - We apologize for the confusion, but the timing for this year’s Crossing is not the most accurate. We are doing everything we can to troubleshoot the issue so that next year will run more smoothly. In the meantime, if you were part of the second group of swimmers, please subtract 26 minutes from your time recorded and that should be closer to your actual time. Thank you for your understanding.

New Category for the 2013 Crossing: “The Wavers”
Beyond the usual non-motorized water vessels, we’re encouraging you to use your imagination. This new category was created to encourage small or large groups to cross together in the most creative ways possible. Some examples might be connected by noodles or even floating atop their own creation of a boat, barge, raft, etc.
Prizes will be given by a secret group of judges for “Wavers” that deserve recognition. Some possible award categories might be, but not limited to, creative use of recycled materials, most people on a single vessel, the most folks having fun, etc.
How can you join the fun? Register here, select “non-motorized vessel”, and show up the day of the event ready to have fun with your team and your creation.Read More
